Can I change my profile image (on the main site)?

I've managed to change it in the forum, but on the main site its a siloheutte of Cornelius. Clicking my profile image, and the change profile link, only seems to allow me to reset my password. Is there more customisation I can do? I'd pay puzzle pieces for a new hat...

Good to know! Further customization is in the works... we've been wrestling with integration between the forums and the main site, which is why profile images aren't consistent across them yet. For the time being the forums are the only place other people can see your profile image -- we'll make sure they work across both forums and site by the time we get fancy profile pages working.

Noz, you're making me realize -- not only do we need to get the known bugs list up, but I should also post about some of our planned features!

I've been trying to change my picture but keep getting a message that "I don't have permission" to do that. I'd like permission!

My suggestion about profile images, though...if someone has selected female as her gender, might she have a a different, female silhouette? I mean, I know I need to tweeze and all, but my stache is not as lush as that of Uncle Cornelius...

The plan is for paid members (or as we are planning to call them, "creative directors") to be able to change their pics. That feature is coming soon!

But you make a good point about the cornelius silhouette not being female friendly. So noted!

Seriously, though... we'll probably want a single one-size-fits-all default profile image, rather than trying to cover different gender roles. Sounds like a possible future Call for Submissions!

That's a brilliant idea! You should have a store where we can decorate our profile pictures. Adorn them with hats, different moustachios, dapper lady clothing if you so choose to have them. However, that might take away from the voting with puzzle pieces aspect if everyone uses their pieces for that. Also, it would require the saving up of puzzle pieces, which is no longer an option. Maybe have a special type of puzzle piece for voting, and then regular puzzle pieces that can accumulate?
